Io sono un po’ maniaco per le app, e quindi posso avere una preferenza.
Ma assicuro che attaccare lo smartphone sulla board, lanciare il set di esercizi e seguirlo Dal punto di vista funzionale ci sono tantissime combinazioni di tacche di varie taglie e profondità e ci si può sbizzarrire fino stufarsi.
Io nono mi sono ancora stufato, ma iinghisato si!!!!
